Delete your account in the app
Open Trainers Board and go to Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Request deletion on the web
Use this form only if you no longer have access to the app. Submitting it does not automatically delete an account based only on an email address. We may contact you to verify your identity before deletion.
What happens after your request
- We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account.
- Deletion covers the account and associated personal data, including clients, workouts, plans, images and settings.
- An active Google Play or App Store subscription must be cancelled separately through the relevant store. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
- We process account deletion requests within 30 calendar days of receiving your request. Your account and associated personal data are removed from our active systems during this period.
- The email address and optional message submitted through the web form are deleted after the request is processed and no later than 30 calendar days after submission.
- Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to an additional 30 days and are then permanently deleted through the normal backup rotation process.
- We do not retain account-linked personal data after this period. Anonymous information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
Submitting this form produces only a neutral confirmation and never reveals whether an account exists for the email address. Read the current Privacy Policy for more information.
