Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download or use the Trainers Board app or use this website. Please read them carefully.

Ownership and permitted use

You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits it. The app, trademarks, copyright, database rights and related intellectual property belong to Eduard Kulyk.

Changes, pricing and availability

We aim to keep Trainers Board useful and efficient. We may change the app, its features or its pricing. Any charge for the app or its services will be communicated before it applies. We may update or discontinue the app, and operating-system requirements may change. You are responsible for installing updates required for continued use.

Your device and connectivity

You are responsible for securing your device and access to the app. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, because doing so may weaken security and prevent the app from working correctly.

Some functions require an active internet connection. Your mobile provider may charge for data or roaming, and you are responsible for those charges. You are also responsible for keeping your device charged and in working order.

Information and third-party services

Trainers Board stores and processes information you provide to deliver the service. The app also relies on third-party services whose own terms may apply:

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. If the service is terminated, your right to use it ends and you must stop using and, where appropriate, delete the app.
