Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trainers Board handles information on this website and in the Trainers Board mobile app.

Website subscriptions and opt-out requests

When you subscribe, we store your normalized email address, subscription status, consent timestamp, source and update timestamps in Cloudflare D1. When you opt out, we store the inactive status, opt-out timestamp and any message you choose to provide. Active subscription data is retained until you opt out. The inactive email and request record may be retained to honor the suppression request and avoid accidental reactivation; you may request deletion by contacting us.

Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile evaluates browser and request signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Successful submissions generate a notification sent only to the verified owner address. No confirmation email is sent to the subscriber, and this website does not currently perform bulk newsletter delivery.

Website analytics and local storage

Google Analytics 4 is configured to measure page views and non-personal events such as app-store clicks and successful form submissions. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. Email addresses and form messages are not sent to Google Analytics.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and operate its services. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be enabled as a privacy-focused measurement service.

Mobile app information

Eduard Kulyk built Trainers Board as a freemium app. To provide and improve the service, the app may process information you enter and technical information such as device identifiers, operating-system version, configuration, usage time and diagnostics. Information required for app functionality may be retained on your device or processed by service providers used by the app.

Account deletion

You can delete your Trainers Board account in the app under Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use the public Delete Account request form. A web request is not an automatic deletion based only on an email address, and we may contact you to verify your identity.

Account deletion covers the account and associated personal data, including clients, workouts, plans, images and settings. Google Play and App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the relevant store.

We process account deletion requests within 30 calendar days of receiving your request. The account and associated personal data are removed from active systems during this period. The request email address and optional message are deleted after processing and no later than 30 calendar days after submission.

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to an additional 30 days and are then permanently deleted through the normal backup rotation process. We do not retain account-linked personal data after this period. Anonymous information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures such as HTTPS, server-side validation, bot protection and access-controlled platform bindings. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children’s privacy

Trainers Board is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.

Your choices

You may decline analytics, change the saved choice by clearing this site’s local storage, submit an opt-out request, request account deletion, or contact us to ask about access or correction of personal information.
